SESSION Pricing options (minimum 2 people):

• 1 on 1 is $ 140/hour 
• 2 people is $75/hour per person
• 4 people is $40/hour per person

Requirements:

• Please download, sign, and submit  Medical Consent & Release of Liability Waiver Form at training session or submit via email
• Each participant will need a valid USA Wrestling card
